We had a spring break on one of our Sherborne Chairs and I rang the shop and Adam came and had a look at the problem. He went back to the shop and came back in about 30 odd mins with a new spring and replaced the broken chair!! What a marvellous service!!

Sopha is owned by Matthew and Emily Scott who started working on the business in 2015. Matthew grew up around his family’s furniture business and committed to the industry full time back in 2009. Emily studied French and computer science at university, spent several years as a care support worker but became interested in furniture through visiting trade shows alongside Matthew for many years.
Wherever possible Sopha use UK suppliers and UK factories. Sometimes however this just isn’t practical. If this is the case we source from the best factories from around the world. We do however work with some amazing UK partners, suppliers and factories. Check out the product page and we’ll tell you where we make the furniture under the ‘Specification’ tab.
Yes – Whenever we deliver furniture ourselves we will always set everything up in your room and take all of the packaging away. Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service for couriered deliveries.
Sopha has a coffee shop on the first floor serving a selection of yummy cakes, light lunches and lots of tasty drinks including range of teas, Fair-trade Coffee and even Hot Chocolate Mountains.
Every product sold by Sopha should have a lead-time shown on the product page as furniture made in different workshops can take different lengths of time to arrive. For small in-stock items we aim to dispatch within one day of ordering and larger items within one week.
