Our Highbridge Home
Unfortunately like most other shops our 'Highbridge Home' is temporarily closed in order to keep both our staff and our customers safe.
We will be following advise from Public Health England as to when the correct time to re-open will be. We don't expect to be 'open as usual' for some time.

Our Coffee Shop
Unfortunately our coffee shop is temporarily closed.
We can accept new orders through our website. Unless stated otherwise on the product page orders will be processed when we are able to re-open.
Telephone ordering as well as ordering in store are both currently suspended.
Unfortunately there are currently delays to all orders due to the current government restrictions but as soon as they are lifted we and our suppliers will be back up and running in no time. All outstanding orders will be prioritised and we'll work through orders chronologically from when they were placed.
We have arranged some direct delivery services from some of our suppliers which will not see the same delays. See the product pages for details.
Yes. Although our in house delivery services and many of our supplier's factories are closed we do have some products that can be delivered direct from our other suppliers. See the product pages for details.
Following government guidelines we have temporarily suspended all deliveries. All of our customers whose furniture has already arrived in store will have been contacted by phone.
We have a limited number of products which are delivered directly from our suppliers which are not affected. Please see the product pages for details.
Our Click and Collect service is currently closed.
We are anticipating limitations on deliveries to continue over the coming weeks. Initially we will only be offering one-man delivery services to the door.
As soon as it is safe we will resume our normal two-man delivery service to the room of your choice.

We are aiming to have updated lead times posted on each product page by early June.
Unfortunately we have no way of monitoring our phone lines during this period however one of our founders is still contactable by email. Any questions relating to customer service can be directed to email@example.com and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
Unfortunately all home visits are suspended at this time and with most of our suppliers and factories closed it may take longer than usual for us to be able to rectify any customer service issues.
