We have been working hard behind the scenes to make sure our store is ‘Covid-secure’ for you to shop safely in. We have performed detailed risk assessments which have resulted in some changes to ensure the safety of our team and customers.
When you arrive in our Car Park you will find that our side entrance will be the only entrance to use where you will see signage informing you of our in store measures and a Sanitiser Station for you to clean your paws. If we experience busy periods we may ask you to queue outside but we’ll communicate this to you clearly when you visit. We kindly ask that you please do not enter if you are suffering from a new cough, fever or are feeling unwell.
Once in store we will ask you to observe the 2m Social Distancing guidelines, which will be placed on floor markers that you will see dotted around the store to remind you. There are also sanitiser stations placed throughout the store, including by the lift to encourage you to clean your paws as frequently as possible. When trying out beds and sofas we have disposable coverings available to use, which are then disposed of after each customer. Beds and sofas are also disinfected regularly along with our card machines and lift after each use. The store will be cleaned frequently and thoroughly throughout the day. Whilst shopping with us we ask you to refrain from stepping inside the office so as to keep our team safe.
Our Coffee Shop remains closed until the government allows us to reopen it with new ‘Covid-secure’ safety measures.
We are also working on an appointment system if you’d rather come into the store when there are fewer people around. To arrange your free private shopping session please call us on 01278 557755 or alternatively email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.

When you visit us, please help us to help you. If you think other measures should be added, please let us know. We look forward to welcoming you to our safe ‘home.’
