Although our store and coffee shop are currently closed due to lockdown restrictions, WE’RE STILL operating both our CLICK AND COLLECT and DELIVERY SERVICES.

Our Highbridge Shop

Our Highbridge store is currently closed due to lockdown restrictions. 

There are separate entrances both from Church Street and from our own car park. We’ve put signage around the store to help you find the right place to go and we’ve got plenty of staff on hand to assist.

If you’d rather come into the store when there are fewer people around, please call us to arrange a free private shopping session.

Our Click & Collect service is operating on all stocked items Monday – Saturday 9:30am-4:30pm. Please call us on 01278 557755 before collecting and allow at least 60 minutes from placing an order before collection so that our team can have the items ready for you.

In Store

Once in store we please ask you to observe the 2m Social Distancing guidelines and you will see markers on the floor to remind you.

We have sanitiser stations placed around the store and we would encourage you to clean your paws as frequently as possible.

We have disposable coverings which can be placed on beds and sofas before you try them.

Current rules stipulate that masks must be worn throughout the store except when sat at a table in our coffee shop (which is currently closed).

Please do not come to our store if you are suffering from a new cough, fever or are feeling unwell. Thank you.

Coffee Shop

Our Coffee Shop is closed however when we are able to reopen we’ll be looking a bit different.
Our Coffee Shop area has been extended so as to create more space making sure there is a safe distance between tables and we’ll be operating table service. 
When in a lower tier, due to tier 2 restrictions tables are restricted to those in the same household or support bubble.
We ask that you anti-bac your hands before entering the coffee shop at our Sanitiser Station.
Disposable menus are available as you enter the Coffee Shop.
We would kindly ask you to pay by contactless if you can.  


We currently have some changes to the way we make deliveries in order to make them safer. We are able to offer a Covid secure delivery service.

We’ll give you a call to arrange a two-hour time slot as usual but during this call you will be asked if anyone in your house is self-isolating. If there is anyone in your household with symptoms we will not be able to enter your property but we will be happy to re-arrange delivery for another time.

We may also ask you to open internal doors so that our drivers don’t need to touch your door handles or open windows before we arrive. Our drivers will also carry gloves, masks and plenty of sanitiser. We even have special sanitiser that we can use on furniture to make sure we can keep everyone safe and our van will be cleaned between deliveries.

Existing Orders

We continue to prioritise existing orders. All of our UK based sofa manufacturers have been struggling from a shortage of upholstery foam caused by the lack of a raw material that’s usually imported from Germany. We’re working alongside the association of British Furniture Manufacturers to help our manufacturers bring lead times back to what we’re used to.

We’re getting in contact with each of our suppliers every week for updates on existing orders and contacting customers individually should anything change. We’re in the hands of our suppliers on this one so we apologise that we can’t always give any updates until they’ve created their own plans but rest assured we’re doing all we can from our end. Even when the shop is closed some of us are still working on this.

Placing new orders

New orders can be placed via our website or via telephone.

Our phone lines are still open Monday-Saturday from 9:30am-4:30pm.

You’ll notice the lead times shown on our website are a little longer than usual. We’re regularly updating the lead times on the website and they have been adjusted to allow for the expected delays caused by both the pandemic and our supplier’s Christmas shutdowns.
